Upright Arm Positioner

The Upright Arm Positioner enhances patient safety and setup reproducibility by securely positioning the arms outside the treatment field. Designed for seamless attachment to the UCT Rectangular Backrest, it provides critical stability during pelvic and abdominal treatments, helping clinicians maintain consistent positioning while ensuring patients feel supported and secure.

Features

  • Enhanced Safety: Keeps the patient’s arms comfortably positioned at chest level, ensuring they remain clear of the radiation field during imaging and treatment.
  • Customized Configuration: Adjust sup-to-inf in 1 cm increments, as well as ant-to-post (distance between the backrest and arm positioner) in ½ inch (1.27 cm) increments, to accommodate various body habitus types.
  • Reproducible Positioning: Features multiple indexing points and compatibility with patient hand grips to ensure consistent setup for every treatment session.
