This instructional video will guide you on the installation and use of the Portrait Head & Shoulder Adapter on Access Supine for patients who are kyphotic or unable to lie flat. The video also covers using a Thermoplastic Chin Strap with the Portrait Head Only Adapter. The chin strap is used to keep the chin out of the imaging and treatment field.

The Chin Strap Thermoplastic positions the patient's chin away from the treatment field and immobilizes the head into a reproducible position. Chin straps can be made using Arm and Wrist Supports or the Monarch Overhead Arm Positioner.
