Encompass is a non-invasive immobilization system for Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) treatment. The system reduces motion, allowing the dose to the tumor to be maximized, while minimizing radiation to the surrounding healthy tissue. The Encompass system offers a number of clinical advantages compared to other systems.
